This 2019 Corvette Z06 was dropped off to us with just 55 miles on the odometer for our New Car Protection Services including STEK Paint Protection Films (Clear Bra), and CQuartz Ceramic Coatings.

The owner of this vehicle noticed how the harsh environment affected his previous vehicles with unsightly rock chips and debris damage. When he placed the order for his new Z06 he contacted us to have it properly protected from the beginning! After going over the options and how our client would use the vehicle we decided on our New Car Protection Package including the Full Front End Paint Protection Film, and our Entry Level CQuartz Ceramic Coating Application! These services will keep the front end protected from rock chips, bug etchings, debris damage and many other environmental hazards and the Ceramic Coating will keep the vehicle incredibly glossy, easy to maintain, and protect against chemical damage! This is truly the best of both worlds and what we recommend to many of our clients wanting to protect their new automotive investment!

First, the vehicle went over to our neighbors K9 Motorworks who specialize in automotive performance work to lower the vehicle on the stock adjustable suspension bolts, and remove/reinstall new trim pieces painted Carbon Flash to match the rest of the vehicles trim!

Once the vehicle is in our shop and under the lights we do a thorough paint inspection to find any damage or paint imperfections that need to be addressed prior to installing our Protection options. In this case, we found a few factory sanding marks, a few random isolated deep scratches, and a bird dropping etching. These are all addressed on a case by case basis using the least aggressive methods possible.

With the machine polishing process complete and all paint imperfections rectified we put the vehicle up on our ramps, and proceed with the application of STEK DYNOshield. This client decided on the Full Front End of the vehicle including the Full Hood including Air Vent, Full Fenders, Front Bumper including Splitter, Headlights, and Mirrors to protect all forward facing impact areas on the vehicle!

We start the Paint Protection Film install by removing the Hood Vent as well as the Corvette Emblem on the bumper so we can seamlessly wrap these areas without seeing a seam or edge! The Hood is Protected in a Bulk Sheet of DYNOshield for a true custom cut install that is wrapped over every edge and inside the vent cut out so it is protected without seeing it!

The Fenders on the Corvette Z06 are installed utilizing a Modified Computer Cut Pattern, we modify these patterns in house to fit our installation style and standards. The side vents on the fenders require complete removal of the fender to access/remove so it is not a feasible option to try to tuck behind those areas. This Patterns allow us to line up key components that cannot be wrapped without major disassembly like around the headlights and vent area, but gives us enough film to wrap and tuck into all exterior edges for further protection and undetectable installation!

The final result of our Customized Installation technique in combination with STEK DYNOshield Paint Protection Film is a vehicle that is very well protected from its daily driving endeavors but YOU'D never know!

After our STEK Paint Protection Film installation is complete and has gone through many Quality Control procedures to ensure the quality meets our standards we then move on the final stage of Paint Protection, in the form of our Entry Level CQuartz Ceramic Coating.
